Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. Liftomorrow is an invite-only pilot product. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms.

Invite-only pilot

Access is limited to accounts explicitly invited by the developer. The app may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice, as is typical for a pilot product.

Not medical or professional advice

Liftomorrow provides general fitness planning suggestions generated with AI assistance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, physical therapy, or certified training advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide only your own equipment photos and activity data, keep your Garmin connection credentials secure, and not attempt to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans are billed by our payment processor, Paddle, as the merchant of record, at $7.99/month or $79/year, charged automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access to paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for; we do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of that period.

Because paid access continues through the period already paid for, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a failed cancellation), contact support@liftomorrow.com and we will review it. Paddle, as merchant of record, may also handle payment disputes directly.

Approval required before publishing

Workouts generated or edited in the app are drafts until you explicitly approve them. Only approved workouts are published to a connected Garmin watch.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated workouts are free of errors, that Garmin delivery will always succeed, or that the service will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any injury, damages, or losses arising from use of the app, including from following AI-generated workout suggestions.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the pilot evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
